Our client, a veteran owned company headquartered in Palm Gardens, Florida was founded as a sister company in Daytona with 75 years of industry experience.

They are a fully licensed roofing contractor and general contractor that is committed to providing quality work to its customers. They service commercial properties, multi-family, and large residential.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the restoration process, from lead generation to project completion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years sales of insurance roofing or roofing sales experience.
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in current computer technology plus the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle schedules, including anticipating weather and its effects, details and outcomes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Able to climb ladders and work at heights.

Key Responsibilities, Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Become knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Identify and contact prospects.
  • Engaging in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Tracking and providing reports of leads & prospects.
  • Present to prospects/clients from leads and prospecting for the initial presentation.
  • Attend networking events/trade shows.
  • Attend meetings, seminars/training with proper notice.
  • Complete inspections as needed to document, photograph, and obtain all scope notes as necessary.
  • Document (written and photographic) property damages and key property aspects and evidence needed for the inspection reports and estimates.
  • Coordinate subcontractor bid items for the scope as needed and requested.
  • Determine and communicate the scope of work necessary to repair or restore loss or damage to property.
  • Complete all forms needed to estimating team to prepare estimate.
  • Attend client meetings and/or annual or quarterly full board/condo meetings as requested or deemed necessary.
  • Assuring all aspects of customer service.
  • Assuring availability for emergencies with customers, etc.
  • Be available and complete all duties until the project has been 100% paid in full.
  • Assure the completion and pick up of all contracts and other needed paperwork.
  • Assure the pick-up of all progress payments as set forth in the contracts.
  • Assure availability to answer questions and meet about all customers and prospective customers Monday through Saturday.
  • Visit, observe, monitor and assure appropriate progress and completion of the project during the entire project including EMS and rebuild. Upload all documentation, inspection notes, inspection reports, diagrams, measurements, photos, and/or everything that involves you into Company’s CRM.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $500/Week Salary up to $500 per week drawn against future commissions. (Pre approved by Vice-President)
  • $725.00 per month car allowance.
  • Tiered commission structure – Earn up to 30% of gross margin.

Location: Palm Beach County, Florida
Schedule: Full-time, Fluctuating Work Week and as otherwise required
