Our client is a growing law firm specializing in Real Estate Litigation. Committed to excellence, client satisfaction, and a collaborative team environment, they are expanding operations and seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the Aventura, FL office.
Job Description:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, demonstrating expertise in handling various litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating all Real Estate litigation cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents for litigation cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties involved in the litigation process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Real Estate litigation.
Requirements:
- Experience with at least one trial.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Proven expertise in supporting the litigation process from start to finish.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex cases efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or French languages.
- Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (e.g., case management software).
- Specific Real Estate knowledge or experience would be great, but not necessary.
Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Aventura, FL. Candidates must be willing to work in the office initially.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
