On November 2nd, 2024, Acoustics For A Cause will host its highly anticipated Speakeasy event. This evening promises not only memorable entertainment but also an impactful way to support foster children in Palm Beach County, Florida. The event is a Speakeasy soiree, featuring the phenomenal Bay Kings Band, casino games, cigar bar, food, & fun
Acoustics for a Cause has chosen Speak Up for Kids as the beneficiary of their big event on November 2nd, as well as monthly events leading up to November 2nd. One nonprofit benefiting another nonprofit
Speak Up for Kids is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit who advocates for the children in foster care in Palm Beach County.  At any one time, there are approx 1,400 innocent children who have had to be removed from their home because they have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by the adults who are supposed to be taking care of them.  Almost one half of these children are ages 5 and under.  Speak Up for Kids normalize their lives by locating loving, caring foster homes, ensuring that they have an advocate in court, that they have clothes for school and necessary school supplies, ensuring that they get the therapeutic help they need, and that they can enjoy the same activities as their "normal" friends - summer camp, after school programs, school trips, and birthday parties.

Acoustics for a Cause was created to focus on bringing businesses and communities together by connecting networking, education, and music to benefit charity.  Their goal is to hold a series of events that provide an opportunity for businesses and industry professionals to gather while helping to raise awareness of local non-profit organizations in need.
