Palm Beach Riverstone — Construction underway

Construction is underway on the new 8-story residential apartment community being developed on 45th Street in West Palm Beach — Palm Beach Riverstone.
 

Insite Studio designed the 36,000-square-foot interior atrium courtyard for the Class A multi-family complex. The interior amenity area features a resort style pool, spa, cabanas, grilling areas, fire pits, tropical landscaping, and a large custom entertainment pavilion.
 

The development of 374 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and first floor fenced garden yards will wrap around the central atrium. Additional amenities will include a dog spa / grooming area, gaming area, interior bistro bar and a Sky Lounge on the eighth floor.
