Event Description:
The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. The Women In Business 2024 Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a mentor who provides mentees with guidance, motivation, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six virtual sessions are complemented by an in-person Kickoff, happy hours, and in-person Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps with the one-on-one guidance of their mentors in order to realize their dreams.

- Identify career inhibitors in your life and work
- Create strategies to overcome the various career inhibitors
- Assist in developing leadership skills for advancing her career
- Instill confidence and provide a business support network
- Help you reach your full potential!
Woman member (or future member) of the PBNCC must have at least 2 of the below:
- Woman-owned business
- Young Professional beginning her career or business
- Woman reentering the workforce
- Woman wanting to advance her career
- Woman leader working in the nonprofit sector
- Woman working in a male-dominated field
Mentees have a two-step process:
- Register online via the event registration on the right-hand part of the screen.
- Submit application using the survey link in the confirmation email you receive after registering.
