Justin Howard, President & CEO, Black Diamond General Contracting
Justin Howard brings more than 20 years’ experience as a builder focused on commercial construction. Black Diamond General Contracting is a fully integrated boutique construction firm, delivering new construction, renovation, preconstruction services, design-build services, and interior buildouts for a variety of sensitive environments, operations, and patient-oriented projects.
As a very young man, Justin started his construction career as a carpenter then carpenter foreman building homes in the Northeast. After college, he worked for one of the Southeast’s largest general contractors. He honed his building skillset across a myriad of commercial projects. First, as a Project Engineer, a preconstruction professional, field operations, and eventually development and management team member, Justin lived construction on the largest of scales. The solutions he and his team develop today build on those critical lessons learned, and an initial discovery process that elevates every project, irrespective of sector or solution. Project partners benefit from Justin’s and his team’s hyper focus on the details that optimize project suitability and function. With his strong focus on quality, lasting impressions and the client experience,
Justin leads Black Diamond with a constant focus on “doing the right thing”. His involvement on the project is to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout for all team members included. Justin’s commitment to positive community impact extends beyond corporate realms. As a true community builder and leader, he not only makes generous and innumerable financial contributions to local charities and non-profits, but he actively encourages the Black Diamond team to engage in hands-on volunteering activities. The team have become regular volunteers for local charities such as the Palm Beach County Food Bank, Feeding South Florida, and the assembling of bicycles for those less fortunate every Thanksgiving. In addition, Justin personally serves on the Board of Directors for the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, and along with his wife Aliya has acted as Honorary Chair for the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation’s signature fundraisers. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, and an active Ambassador of the Palm Beaches for the Classic in the Palm Beaches – further highlighting his commitment to serve the community.

Event Cancellation Policy: A notice of cancellation must be received by e-mail within 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event. NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to the event, will NOT receive event credit in order to solidify attendance numbers with the event venue. All cancellation notices received BEFORE 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are good for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS. |
