Diabetes Seminar at Dedicated Senior Medical Center

Education Diabetes Seminars are being held at Dedicated Senior Medical Centers around the Palm Beach County for the Seniors Medicare eligible. Every attendee get a real-time glucose monitoring system when to attend the education class. Space is limited, make sure you call and RSVP your seat. CDC social distancing guidelines will be followed. Class are being offer at 10 am everyday at every center until December 7th 2021. Call and check dates and locations available.
