Empty Bowls in the Gardens

Empty Bowls is a national event hosted on a local scale annually by the Palm Beach County Food Bank in Delray Beach and on the island of Palm Beach. This year, we are bringing the excitement of this event to our neighbors in Northern Palm Beach County.

As we launch  our first annual Empty Bowls in the Gardens in partnership with Shopcore Properties in the beautiful Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, attendees will enjoy a simple meal of soup from local restaurants, freshly baked goods, bottled water, and an empty ceramic bowl to signify the many bowls in Palm Beach County to be filled - because even the simplest meal means a whole lot to our neighbors in need.

The theme is to "Eat simply do others may simply eat". Local community leaders, restaurants, and volunteers donate their time and soups to create a miraculous event for all.
