Let's get funky, y'all! Participants will learn from Master Food Preserver, Sarah Cohen, in a two hour instructional at One World Zero Waste- Tequesta. Sarah is a renowned local business owner whose preserved food product line is downright craveable!! During this beginner course, attendees will learn the tips, tricks & the special recipes to transform and preserve fresh fruits and veggies into nutritious & delicious fermented foods. After class, you’ll have 2 jars to take home, ferment, and enjoy!
This class will include: Red Cabbage & Apple Sauerkraut and Garlicky Carrots.
Please wear closed-toed shoes for the class. Participants with long hair may wish to pull it back during the class.
