Prior to working with AMB, Julie was a Senior Manager with Alliant Group, a tax and profit enhancement organization. Here she was responsible for Sales Growth, Profit Improvement, Team Development, Client acquisition and Retention across the United States.
Julie’s track record of success comes from her ability to successfully lead a team of high-performing professionals through a focus on progressive coaching and accountability. She is passionate about the growth of her team and organization and has a keen eye when it comes to optimizing and implementing new processes and systems.
Before moving into management, Julie worked directly with small businesses focused on identifying tax and profit saving strategies through the evaluation of financial statements and P & L reporting which resulted in over $150 million dollars in savings to businesses across the nation.
